My Future Career will then compare your ability in a variety of skills to the level future employers will likely want from you and recommend areas for you to grow. Once you’ve identified a skill you’d like to grow in you can set up a Skill Plan where you can set specific goals you’d like to accomplish such that you grow in that skill.
